This 1-part solvent-free moisture-curing polyurethane adhesive is designed for the manufacture of sandwich elements with porous substrates containing humidity. These can be bonded to each other, or to metals, laminated panels, plastics, and rigid foams made of polystyrene, polyurethane and more.
LOCTITE® UR 7220 is a solvent-free 1-part polyurethane adhesive, which is suitable for the manufacture of sandwich elements with porous substrates (e.g. wood), which contain humidity. The porous substrates can be bonded to one another or to metals, laminated panels, various plastics, and rigid foams made of polystyrene, polyurethane and more. Moisture-curing, this brown adhesive will obtain strength after approximately 6-10 hours, or more quickly with a heated press - maximum temperature must not exceed 70°C (158°F).
