This 1-part, ultra high-viscosity polyurethane adhesive is designed for OEM applications, particularly in the production of large vehicles.
TEROSON® PU 8590 UHV-BUS is a 1-part, black, ultra high-viscosity, direct-glazing adhesive for automotive repair. It is formulated without PVC and solvents and is ideal for OEM applications, particularly in the production of buses, trucks, and other large vehicles. When used with a primer or activator, it exhibits excellent adhesion to glass, glass with ceramic coating, encapsulation and painted surfaces. The product is based on a polyurethane (PE) material with high UV resistance, a high shear strength, and a high cure rate. It is applied automatically and cures when exposed to humidity.
